Vitamin E.

Lot of it. I take about 1200 to 2000 a day. I take it with my vitamin C.
I know that the amounts I take are quite a bit higher than is usually recommended, but that is what it takes. Anyhow   vitamin C & Vitamin E work very heavy together. I also use Vitamin E external when I insure a body part whether it is a bruise or a cut, as well as for any pimple which might come on from time to time.
