Yes, food! Some foods are naturally supporting the alkaline level better than others. And some foods are right down making sure that high acidity is created. That does not mean that one cannot have grapefruits or orange juice, which have high acidic levels, but create alkaline. There exist many lists of foods that are good and bad. But I can tell you already that as long as you eat foods that have NOT been processed or pasteurized and have NO added chemicals as preservatives, NO sugar, definitely NO artificial sweetener which is far worse than sugar, NO saturated fats, sodium etc you will go a long, long way towards achieving a healthy alkaline body.
